I am the founder and creator of Tiger Mountain Farms and Black Oak Soap Co. I have spent over 15 years as an environmental scientist and began making handmade soap and candles in 2015 to limit my exposure to harsh toxic chemicals. I started my own business with the principles of protecting health and the environment in mind. I wanted to share the natural wonders of goat milk and hemp skin care products with everyone and be able to sell them to them at a price everyone could afford. I use repurposed bottles from local events and parties and create natural soy and beeswax candles. All the candles are carefully crafted with the best fragrances I can find, and then hand-poured in small batches for better quality.
