In Snoqualmie, at the foothills of Mount Si, is the home Blue Streak Chocolates. Mary Kelley creates chocolate truffles, chocolate fruit bars, caramels and gourmet chocolate caramel popcorn in small batches. Originally from Maine, Kelley has been a baker and chocolatier for over 30 years. Blue Streak’s salted caramels - her best sellers - come in many flavors ranging from classic salted caramel to chocolate espresso, piña colada, champagne, and the summery raspberry lemonade, among others. Her specialty bars are brimming with delectable dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
