The inspiration for my oil pastel scenes comes from my love of nature and the outdoors. I am drawn to the vibrant colors and textures of the natural world, and I enjoy capturing the beauty of landscapes in my artwork. I am also inspired by the way light and shadow play across the landscape, and I enjoy experimenting with color combinations and hand-cut metallic leaf to capture the shifting quality of natural light. Stylistically, think, Van Gogh meets Kandinsky and Gustav Klimt house for dinner. I am pleased to offer here a selection of my larger scale Limited Edition giclee reproductions, that are normally available only through the Galleries, and not my art shows. Each giclee has a hand-applied application of the same metallic leaf that was used on the Original - thereby re-creating its look and feel.
