Nuno felt is a process by which silk is melded to wool roving to create a new, light, and strong material. This whimsical piece also includes embroidery, embellishments, and needle-felting. The roots of the trees run below the main hanging on purpose as that is how roots grow in Spring! It can be hung from a dowel or it can be framed.
