All the paintings in Daisy were painted outdoors in mid-summer. They are each luscious in texture and in color. Since I invented the cluster to avoid having to store (or ship) such a behemoth, Daisy is likely the only one this large in its category of ‘framed cluster’. It measures 41 x 70 inches. The white overall frame is meant to echo a daisy’s shape from one point of view.
