5: Moonstone & Ammonite 14Kt. Gold Pendant: H: 1 9/32 inches (32.6 mm) x W: 1 1/8 inches (29 mm). Weight: .260 oz.. I made this one of a kind 14 Kt. Gold pendant for this amazing Ammonite and balanced it off with a Moonstone. The bezels are 22 Kt. Gold. I obtained this in a trade from a German gem dealer in the early 1980's in Quartzite, Arizona. These were originally mined in the mid 70's by German miners in Russia. The whole shell turned to iron pyrite (fool's gold). To my knowledge these are all mined out. $1329
5-1: Diamond and Ammonite 14 Kt. Gold Pendant: H: 1 ¼ inches (31.5 mm) x W: 7/8 of an inch (22.5 mm). Weight: .17 oz.. I made this 14 Kt. Gold pendant for this great small Ammonite and set it off with a 2.2 mm vs Diamond. The bezels are 22 Kt. Gold.I obtained this in trade from a German gem dealer in the early 1980's in Quartzite, AZ. 5-2: Moonstone and Ammonite (Madagascar) Sterling Silver Pendant : H:1 1/2” (41 mm), W: 1 3/16” (30 mm). Weight: .385 oz.. Ammonites are fossils of squid like creatures that lived approx. 105 million years ago. I hand built this one of a kind setting from sterling silver (.925). To set this fossil properly, I had to grind the back flat and shape the outside edge, and I set the moonstone that shows a cats-eye in bright light. New framework techniques. $349
5-3: Moonstone & Ammonite Sterling Silver Pendant : H: 2 1/2 inches (65 mm) x W: 1 5/8 inches (42 mm). Weight: .73 oz.. I Hand Built this One of A Kind Sterling Silver (.925) Pendant and I set an Ammonite Fossil (Madagascar) which I re-cut and polished and a Moonstone that shows a cats-eye in bright light. This gate like framework has new design elements. $525
