Kristine McInvaille - Wheel thrown plate using resists to create patterns

This is a one of a kind plate thrown on the wheel, I used painters tape as a resist to create the line patterns. The glaze is a beautiful lapis blue and hand painted, and if you look closely, you will see two white lines on the left and white dots on the right to create tension in the design. Size is 1.25 inches tall and 9.25 inches wide. It is food, microwave and dishwasher safe.
