Bhaktibee Art - Lake Chabot 18" x 12"
The dry crust of Lake Chabot lays bare and naked. The 100 year drought takes its toll on the reservoir leaving the water muddy and over populated with toxic algae. Vigorously growing grasses take over the shallows where once there had been deep water.
This collection includes the withered body of Pilodictis olicaris, the flathead catfish found baking in the sun, to poor a meal even for birds and bugs.
Materials: cattails, fishing line, freshwater clam, catfish jaw bone
Photographic Print is signed and numbered and comes mounted on a foam backing ready to hang and suited for framing.
