Hand thrown from porcelain, this bowl is covered with contrasting blue slip (liquid clay) dots for a great tactile feel. The dots around the rim were meticulously painted with 22k gold luster, and then the bowl was fired again to bond the gold to the glaze.


Glaze is non-toxic, lead-free, and food safe. Due to the gold decoration, this bowl is not microwave safe. Dishwasher can scratch the gold over time so hand washing is recommended.
