Portland Bitters Project - Orange Bitters, 2 fl oz
Tired of orange bitters that aren't very orangey? Turn over a new leaf with our delicious Orange! Made with bitter orange, sweet orange, and tangerine, these are what your cocktails need to rise above. Also fabulous in seltzer!
As with all our flavors, we use organic botanicals and organic cane spirits so nothing gets in the way of pure deliciousness. See the magic happen in this quick, low-proof cocktail:
Bamboo Cocktail
1.5 oz Manzanilla sherry
1.5 oz dry vermouth (we like Dolin)
1/2 tsp simple syrup
2" thin lemon peel
7-12 drops PBP Orange Bitters
Stir the first three ingredients over ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Twist lemon peel over, trace rim of glass, and drop in. Finish with bitters and get back to the sunshine.
