Jordan Kim – 2021 Wall Calendar
2021 wall calendar of original mixed media collage artwork by Jordan Kim. Each collage in the calendar connects with the others in some way. If the viewer looks carefully, the images fit together to tell a story of interwoven lives and connection between humans, the landscape, and its other inhabitants. While each piece also works as a stand-alone image, the story is subtly unveiled throughout the year. My deep hope is that this is a reminder that we are not only in this together, we depend on one another and our actions have a ripple effect throughout the world. I’ve incorporated loads of hidden messages, layers upon layers of vibrant re-purposed papers, and of course, simple reminders to slow down and notice the world around you. Printed on 100#, high quality, 100% post-consumer recycled paper with archival ink. They are bound with a 100% recycled black spiral binding. The calendars will be packaged in a protective bio-plastic sleeve.
