My “mews” Moxie loves to sunbathe. I think all cats might be solar powered, to be honest. She really loves sitting out on our floral canvas deck furniture and I love the way her stripes go so nicely with the bright floral pattern of the chairs. This etching has an aquatint to add tone and texture to the background. I make a hand watercolor version as well to add some brightness to the image. The image size is 9" x 11" on acid-free BFK Rives cotton rag paper that is 11" x 15".
