SCANDIA GLASS ART

What began as a stained glass hobby in her youth eventually led to a career working for the glass manufacturers themselves including marketing, promoting and educating art glass end-users. Scandia now happily spends the majority of her time making and selling her own glass artwork.

​Artist's Statement: I absolutely love working with art glass: its range and diversity makes it an incredibly satisfying art medium. I have no shortage of creative ideas swirling around at any given time and with glass offering such an inspiring range of possibilities, I allow myself the creative freedom to explore how different techniques and styles can be utilized to translate my ideas into a tangible form for others to enjoy.
